Using Optimo
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You remain responsible for content you submit and how you use generated output.
Acceptable use
You may not use Optimo to violate laws or others' rights; create fraud, malware, harassment, exploitation, or harmful deceptive content; probe or bypass security or usage limits; automate abusive requests; or submit content you lack the right to process. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
AI-generated output
AI output may contain errors or unsuitable wording. Review it before publication or decisions. Optimo does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice, and does not guarantee rankings, engagement, originality, or detector outcomes.
Your content
You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant Optimo and its processors only the limited permission needed to process it, generate output, provide History, secure the service, and meet legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, when available, run for the period shown at purchase (30 days) and do not renew automatically. To keep access after a plan ends, purchase a new subscription. Prices, taxes, usage allowances, and trial terms are shown before checkout. Except where law requires otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept revised terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optimo is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Optimo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Optimo in the 12 months before the claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination and contact
You may stop using Optimo or delete your account at any time. Terms that logically survive termination remain effective. Questions may be sent to privacy@optimoco.in.
